Mr E.K. Bharat Bhushan, Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor, Ministry of Steel, has been appointed as Government Director on the board of NMDC Ltd with effect from July 26.
Mr Bhushan replaces Mr S. Machendranathan, the state-run mining firm said in a filing to the BSE.
Mr J.P. Shukla, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Steel, has been appointed as Government Director on NMDC board in the place of Mr U.P. Singh with effect from July 30, the company said.
