The Company Secretaries Institute of India (ICSI) appoints Ranjeet Pandey as new president. A practicing Company Secretary since 2004, Pandey has over 15 years experience in the field of Corporate and Commercial laws. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Ashish Garg, a Fellow Member of the ICSI, has been elected as the vice president of the Institute with effect from Saturday. He has over 18 years of experience and specialises in Corporate Laws, organisational restructuring and Corporate legal counseling to companies.
