Cloud software company Ramco Systems has bagged an order from Airbus Helicopters SAS to develop software for fleet maintenance and engineering.
City-based Ramco Systems would develop a management information system (MIS) data pack connector that automates management data of the fleet of Airbus, a press statement said here.
“We are pleased to work with Airbus Helicopters to develop the MIS data pack connector...” the release quoted chief executive officer of Ramco System Virender Aggarwal as saying.
Through this partnership, Ramco Systems would get easier and faster access to rotorcraft data and technical documentation of Airbus especially when a new aircraft is put into operation.
”..we are paving a two-way digital street between Airbus Helicopters and the companies that manage maintenance data for helicopter operators, facilitating the automatic sharing of data...”, executive vice-president of Airbus Helicopters (customer support and services) Matthieu Louvot said in the press release.
