The Kerala Chamber of Commerce and Industry and RAI (Retail Association of India), is jointly organising a two-day workshop on ‘Excellence in Store Operations' (ESOps) with the objective of enhancing retailing skills for ensuring higher retail productivity and profitability on July 14-15 at the Chamber Hall.
ESOPs has been conducted successfully in various part of the country, with a focus on achieving better retail performance by virtue of enhancing store productivity and store profitability. ESOps is a learning platform for retailers who have a desire to imbibe and adopt proven best practices. The workshop will be highly useful for Store Managers, Department Managers, Retail & Operation Managers and Staff.
