Students of eminent teacher of economics Prof S. Narayanan will organise a lecture in his honour here on Saturday.
Dr Surjith S. Bhalla, Delhi-based former World Bank economist, will deliver the honorary lecture.
The talk will be held at Hotel Residency Tower in the city, Mr Rony Thomas Rajan, spokesman for organisers, said.
Among those attending it include Dr Thomas Isaac, former finance minister; and Mr C. P. John, Member, Kerala State Planning Board.
Noted developmental economist Dr M.A. Oommen, will deliver the presidential address.
