Goa's annual Plan outlay has been fixed at Rs 3,320 crore at a meeting between the Planning Commission Deputy Chairman, Mr Montek Singh Ahluwalia, and the State Chief Minister, Mr Digambar Kamat, here on Tuesday.
Complimenting the State for its ‘outstanding performance', Mr Ahluwalia said that its social sector indicators were much better than the national average.
Appreciable effort had been made to involve private sector in development of infrastructure, he added.
