A seminar on ‘Incoterms 2010 Rules and Foreign Trade Policy Incentive Schemes' was held here under the joint auspices of the Federation of Indian Export Organisations and Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Dhanam. Inaugurating the seminar, ICCI President Mr P. Prathapachandran, said in a diversified and expanded exim trade scenario, the importance of International Commercial Terms, popularly known as Incoterms, are in the higher side.

The International Chamber of Commerce, popularly known as ICC, based in Paris, has developed a set of trade terms that will convey the same meaning and understanding about the terms and conditions and the responsibilities of the parties involved in a business transaction across the world.
