Masur has been rallying in Indore mandis following the Madhya Pradesh government’s decision to purchase masur and chana at MSP levels. In the past one week, masur has gained ₹200 a quintal with masur (Madhya Pradesh) at ₹3,100-3,200. Masur dal (medium) went for ₹4,600-4,700, while masur dal (bold) was at ₹4,800-4,900. Moong (bold) was steady at ₹5,000-5,100, while moong (medium) ruled at ₹4,400-4,500. Moong dal (medium) fetched ₹5,600-5,700, moong dal (bold) ₹6,100-6,200, while moong mongar was at ₹5,900-6,000 a quintal respectively.
