Despite subdued demand, soy oil edged higher at Indore’s mandis with soy refined quoting at ₹745-48 for 10 kg, while soy solvent ruled at ₹710-₹715. Soybean ruled higher at ₹3,375-₹3,400 a quintal. Plant deliveries of soybean quoted at ₹3,450. In futures, however, soybean traded lower with its October and November contracts on the NCDEX closing at ₹3,229 (down ₹17) and ₹3,253 (down ₹12) a quintal on Monday, respectively. Spot soy DOC was flat at ₹30,000 a tonne.
