As a part of Corporate Social responsibility initiatives CII Andhra Pradesh has been implementing ‘Swavlambhan Project' training about 300 unemployed youth in various vocational Skills. It is partnering with various organizations such as Mahindra Satyam Foundation, Lakshya Foundation and HEH Nizam & Alladin Technical Institute for the purpose.
Speaking at the Valedictory Function Mr Debashis Basu, Managing Director, Voith Turbo Pvt Ltd, said inclusive economic growth can better be achieved by creating employment opportunities for everyone in the society.
The employment opportunities can be created with accelerated phase of industrial development as well as enhancing the skills of the people. In this context, skilling of more unemployed youth is necessary, he said.
