The Confederation of Indian Industry, Tiruchi Zone, organised an event for aspiring entrepreneurs at St Joseph College, Trichy.
The flagship programme of Entrepreneurship Development Institute, Government of Tamil Nadu, was held in partnership with the Confederation of Indian Industry. The event named Be an Entrepreneur-Mock Investment Round was held on Monday. It is designed as a eye-opening session in a month-long training and a life-changing learning for young individuals.
Aspiring entrepreneurs who have enrolled themselves for the programme were split into 11 teams and each of these teams displayed their business models, products and services to the visitors during the mock investment round to attract investments from the visitors. The products ranged from specialised auto mobile service to herbal mosquito coil, medicated packaged drinking water, cosmetics, and confectioneries.
The session was inaugurated by Mr R Kanagasabhapathi, Vice-President, TIDITTSSIA, Tiruchi.
