A fire, which broke out on Sunday evening on a hillock adjoining the Visakh Refinery of HPCL in the industrial area continued to rage even on Monday, causing tension in the neighbourhood, keeping officials of HPCL on the alert. HPCL officials said there was no cause for concern as fire-fighting operations were going on with all precautions and there was no danger to the refinery. HPCL sought the help of the Eastern Naval Command to fight the fire.
