To ensure that line managers and HR professionals across disciplines gain a competitive advantage, the Post-Graduate Department of Business Administration of the M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women is organising a Management Development Programme (MDP) on ‘Talent management.' The programme is scheduled for February 12, 2011, at the GRT Grand hotel, Chennai.
The MDP includes a panel discussion by eminent panelists from various sectors who would discuss issues specific to their industries.
The programme is expected to draw up to 40 participants, all of them from the corporate world.
Mr Leslie D'Souza of PrePearl Training Development Pvt Ltd will hold a workshop designed to give insights into talent acquisition, retention and in toto talent management.
