Aranyakam, a home stay in Wayanad, is organising a state-level painting exhibition-cum-demonstration camp — Rain Shadows — from August 5 to 7.
As many as 14 artists from the State would participate in the event. Both contemporary and traditional mural paintings would be explored in the sessions.
Aranyakam is part of a 40-member strong body of stakeholders in the tourism industry of Wayanad known by the name Wayanad Tourism Organisation.
Mr Rajesh Aranyakam, promoter, said there were also plans to set up a permanent art gallery for artists in the home stay.
