Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh will address election meetings here and in Kollam tomorrow. The Prime Minister will arrive in Kochi by a special aircraft and then reach here by an helicopter around 11.30 am to address a public meeting at the Nehru Stadium, District Congress Committee sources, said today.
Dr Singh was originally scheduled to address the meeting at the M. T. Seminary School grounds, but the Election Commission refused permission for it citing EC guidelines that no political campaign was permitted in educational institutions.
