We're 30 days away from the start of the Indian Premier League's fourth season.

On field and off field action at IPL tournaments have got the consumers hooked on to the game like never before. But at the centre of it all is the game of cricket, and it will stay that way.

Young and restless

We are a young and nascent brand. Young, sometimes brash, even. But the IPL has a lot of energy. After each edition of IPL, people ask us: ?What do we do now after we get home??

To some extent, the fourth edition of the IPL, which will go on for 51 days - a week more than IPL3 - will address that concern.

Team's fortunes

Today, the World Cup is providing that option. As a passionate supporter of Indian cricket, I have been following the World Cup with keen interest.

The World Cup matches have created the excitement and the platform that IPL-4 will build on.

Predictions on the Indian team's fortunes? April 2.
