Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) plans to hold the first ‘Smart Outsource Expo’ in Bangalore.

“The summit will focus on outsourcing models, management approach, tools and technologies with essential insights on the latest development and shaping up of outsourcing Industry,” said Pramod Bhasin, Founder and Vice-Chairman, Genpact & Chairman Smart Outsource Expo & Summit.

The Summit is being organised with the objective of helping companies share best practices and have it implemented in a manner that enhances profitability of the provider and the user of the service, while increasing efficiency of industry across the board.

The expo and summit will be held on July 29-30 at The Lalit Ashok, Bangalore.

Smart Outsource Summit and Expo will focus on the importance and value of various kinds of outsourcing services, products and services related to outsourced companies and developmental changes in the sector, while also increasing efficiency and innovation.

Bhasin said, “The summit is dedicated to helping businesses think about how they can leverage partnerships and external expertise to enhance their own capabilities, to improve profitability as well as products and services they deliver to customers. This is being done across the world in a wide variety of areas - from building Apps, to HR to Product Design to Analysis and Research.”

India has become one of the most sought after destinations for companies willing to outsource their business, knowledge, research, legal and related high-end processes.

“This not only boosts India economic growth and increase employment avenues, but also increases tax revenues, initiates growth in the infrastructure development which is the key to the growth of the nation,” Bhasin said.
