The National Stock Exchange has appointed Chitra Ramkrishna as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer with effect from April 1, 2013 for a period of five years.
Chitra Ramkrishna, who is currently the Joint Managing Director of NSE, will take over from the present MD and CEO Ravi Narain.
Effective April 1, Ravi Narain will take over as Vice-Chairman and will continue to be on NSE’s board in non-executive capacity.
