Prices of thoor dal, ural dal and gram dal went down, while all the other commodities remained unchanged in the wholesale foodgrains market here on Monday.
Thoor dal moved down by Rs 200 a quintal to Rs 6,800 from Rs 7,000.
Urad dal declined by Rs 100 a quintal to Rs 6,000 against the previous rate of Rs 6,100.
Gram dal went down by Rs 50 a quintal to Rs 3,050 against the previous level of Rs 3,100.
Moong dal, sugar, wheat, maida and sooji were taken at their previous rates.
Following are Monday’s wholesale prices of commodities/quintal: Thoor dal Rs 6,800, urad dal Rs 6,000, moong dal Rs 7,000, gram dal Rs 3,050, sugar Rs 2,900, wheat Rs 1,950, maida (90 kg) Rs 1,750 and sooji (90 kg) Rs 1,950.
