Spot rubber finished weak on Saturday. The market lost further on buyer resistance amidst scattered transactions. The August series weakened further to Rs 208.20 (208.76), September to Rs 207.24 (208.48), October to Rs 207.20 (208.53), November to Rs 207.40 (208.99), December to Rs 210 (212) and January to Rs 211.30 (212.09) a kg for RSS 4 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange.
Spot rates were (Rs/kg): RSS-4: 208 (208.50); RSS-5: 204 (206); ungraded: 198 (199); ISNR 20: 205 (206) and latex 60 per cent: 134 (135).
