The Rubber Board is to organise a five-day training in the manufacture of latex-based rubber products at the Rubber Training Institute at Kottayam from February 7-11. The course content includes production of rubber band, gloves, rubber thread and balloons. The training fee is Rs 1,200.SC/ST candidates will be given 50 per cent concession in course fee. The payment may be made by money order or demand draft in favour of the Director (Training), Rubber Board, payable at Kottayam. The application on white paper along with fee may be forwarded to the Director (Training), Rubber Training Institute, Rubber Board PO, Kottayam -9, Kerala.
