Edible oils reboundedon back of increased demand from stockists on Friday. Local refineries reduced their rates by ₹4-10 per 10 kg for imported oils which pushed down prices on the BCE by ₹10 for groundnut oil, ₹5 each for sunflower and rapeseed oil and ₹4 for palmolein. At Rajkot, groundnut oil telia tin was down by ₹10 to ₹1,470 and loose (10 kg) was ₹920 (₹925). BCE spot rates (₹/10 kg): groundnut oil 940 (950), soya ref. 700 (700), sunflower ref. 705 (710), rapeseed ref. 800 (805), cottonseed ref. 690 (690) and palmolein 612 (616).
