Edible oils market witnessed a mixed trend on Wednesday. On the BCE, palmolein and rapeseed oil increased by ₹3 and ₹5 for 10 kg each. Groundnut and sunflower refined oil dropped by ₹10 each. Local refineries kept their rates unchanged for palmolein and reduced by ₹5 for soya and sunflower oil.
Liberty was quoting palmolein at ₹482-JNPT, super palmolein ₹507 and soyabean refined oil ₹615. Ruchi’s rates: palmolein ₹478, soyabean refined oil ₹605 and sunflower refined oil ₹740. Allana traded palmolein for ₹479, super palmolein ₹514, soya refined oil ₹610 and sunflower oil ₹750. In Saurashtra-Rajkot, groundnut oil telia tin increased to ₹1,310 (1,300) and loose (10 kg) at ₹830 (825).
