Spot rubber showed a mixed trend as there were no genuine buyers or sellers in the local trading houses. RSS 4 was quoted steady at ₹118.50 a kg by traders and the Rubber Board.
The grade closed unchanged at ₹115.50, according to dealers. August futures concluded at ₹115.70 (₹117.39), September at ₹116.90 (₹116.80) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) improved to ₹100.14 (₹99.64) at Bangkok.
August futures closed at ¥185.4 (₹95.29) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg) : RSS-4: 118.50 (118.50); RSS-5: 114 (115); Ungraded: 103 (103); ISNR 20: 105 (105) and Latex 60% : 85.50 (87.50).
