Spot rubber was in a mixed mood as major consuming industries sidelined the market on Tuesday. RSS 4 finished flat at ₹124 a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board. The remaining counters improved on enquiries from the non tyre sector but the volumes were dull. RSS 3 (spot) inched up to ₹104.73 (104.40) at Bangkok. December futures weakened to ₹93.89 (94.82) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM). Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 124 (124); RSS-5: 120 (119); ISNR 20: 114.50 (114) and Latex (60% drc): 91 (89).
