Turmeric arrivals improved slightly but there was mixed trend in prices. At the Erode Turmeric Merchants Association Salesyard, finger turmeric was sold at ₹5,669-7,667 a quintal and root variety at ₹5,239-6,820. At the Regulated Marketing Committee, finger turmeric was sold at ₹6,334-7,590 and root variety at ₹6,020-7,289. At the Erode Cooperative Marketing Society, finger turmeric was sold at ₹6,399-7,489 and root variety at ₹5,699-6,799.
