Pepper prices remained steady on limited activities. On the terminal market, 7 tonnes were traded at ₹705 a kg. Spot prices remained unchanged at ₹68,900 (ungarbled) and ₹71,900 (garbled) a quintal. October, November and December contracts on the IPSTA were steady at ₹72,000, ₹66,000 and ₹63,000 a quintal respectively. Export prices were at $11,075 a tonne c&f for Europe and $11,325 for the US.
