Barring chana, sluggish trend continued in tur and other pulse seeds with arrivals outstripping demand. Acute decline in demand pounded moong by almost ₹ 500 a quintal with moong (bold) declining to ₹7,500-8,000, while moong (medium) declined to ₹7,000 (down ₹500). Moong dal (medium) was at ₹ 8,600-8,700, moong dal (bold) ruled at ₹ 9,000-9,400, while moong mongar was quoted at ₹9,100-₹9,200 a quintal. Downtrend also continued in tur on weak buying support with tur (Maharashtra) being quoted at ₹10,000 a quintal, while tur (Madhya Pradesh) ruled at ₹7,500-8,500 a quintal.
