Prices of tur dal, moong dal and gram dal moved up, while sugar moved down at the wholesale foodgrains market here today.
Tur dal and moong dal rose by Rs 100 per quintal each to Rs 6,900 and Rs 7,000, respectively. Gram dal went up by Rs 50 per quintal to Rs 3,050. Sugar edged down by Rs 10 per quintal to Rs 2,870. Urad dal, wheat, maida and sooji prices unchanged from their previous levels.
Following are the rates in Rs per quintal: Tur dal 6,900, urad dal 6,000, moong dal 7,000, gram dal 3,050, sugar 2,870, wheat 1,950, maida (90 kg) 1,750 and sooji (90 kg) 1,950.
