Despite weak global cues, soy oil ruled firm on scattered buying support with soy refined quoted at ₹715, while soy solvent ruled at ₹680-85. Amid declining arrival, soybean also ruled firm at ₹3,025 a quintal. In futures however, soybean traded lower with its December and January contracts on the NCEDX today closing at ₹3,024 and ₹3,090 respectively. Plant deliveries of soybean today were quoted higher at ₹3,050 a quintal on weak availability of soy seeds with the crushers. Soy DOC ruled at ₹22,500-23,000 a quintal on improved domestic demand.
