Spot rubber improved further on Wednesday. RSS-4 firmed up mainly on covering purchases to ₹133 (132) a kg, according to traders. The grade finished unchanged at ₹132 and ₹129 respectively, according to the Rubber Board and the dealers. January futures declined to ₹135 (136), February to ₹136.76 (137.57), March to ₹138.76 (139.83) and April to ₹140 (141.10) on the NMCE. RSS 3 firmed up at its January futures to ₹118.95 (118.79)on the TOCOM. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 133 (132); RSS-5: 130 (129); ISNR 20: 116 (115) and Latex (60% drc): 91 (91).
