Spot rubber was almost steady on Friday. RSS-4 continued to remain unchanged at ₹128 a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board. The grade finished flat at ₹125, said the dealers. In futures, November contracts closed at ₹126 (126.39), December at ₹125.95 (125.87) and January at ₹127.30 (127.09) on the NMCE. RSS-3 (spot) slid to ₹106.25 (106.61) at Bangkok. November futures dropped to ₹111.07 (111.65)on the TOCOM. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 128 (128); RSS-5: 125 (125.50); ISNR 20: 108 (108.50) and Latex (60% drc): 82 (82).
