Spot rubber finished firm on Tuesday. RSS-4 improved to ₹127 (126) a kg, according to traders. The grade firmed up to ₹126.50 (126) and ₹123.50 (123) respectively, according to the Rubber Board and the dealers.
December contracts improved to ₹128 (125.72), January to ₹129.25 (127.32) and February to ₹131.85 (129.88) on the NMCE. RSS-3 (spot) slid to ₹100.89 (101.33) a kg at Bangkok. December futures firmed up to ₹107.74 (107.14) on the TOCOM. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 127 (126); RSS-5: 124 (123.50); ISNR 20: 107.50 (107.50) and Latex (60% drc): 83.50 (83).
