FMCG major Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) today informed the stock exchanges that the company's board of directors will meet on May 9, 2016, to consider the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, and to recommend final dividend, if any, on equity shares for the said period.
The company shall intimate to the stock exchanges the audited financial results and details of final dividend, if any, as recommended by the board upon conclusion of the aforesaid board meeting, it said in a release.
