IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has informed the BSE that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on June 18 to consider additional fund-raising options.
Further, as per the “Code of Conduct” formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window has been closed from June 15 to June 21 for directors and designated persons, and their immediate relatives. The trading window shall be opened for them on June 22.
