The NSE on Monday said it will launch weekly options contracts on Nifty 50 Index from February 11. The first series will expire on February 14, and the second on February 21. Last month, the bourse revealed the specifications of the weekly options. Nifty 50 weekly options will expire every Thursday. In case Thursday is a trading holiday, the contracts will expire on the previous trading day. All contracts will expire at the normal market closing time on the expiry day or such other time as decided by the exchange, the bourse said.
