Shares of Aditya Birla Nuvo will remain in focus on Tuesday, which would be the cut-off date for the proposed scheme of arrangement. AB Nuvo will spin off Madura Garments Lifestyle Retail and merge it with Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail. AB Nuvo shareholders will get 26 shares of AB Fashion for every 5 shares and Madura Garments' holders get 7 shares for every 500 shares. In the F&O segment also, AB Nuvo contracts will expire on Tuesday.
