The board of Balrampur Chini Mills will meet on Wednesday to consider a proposal of buyback of shares. Investors will closely monitor the issue size, quantum of shares to be bought back and buyback price, if the board approves the proposal. Besides, promoters’ intention on participating in the buyback will also elicit investor interest. The mode of buyback -- open market purchase or through tender route -- will also be of keen interest to investors.
