Cipla traded firm to notch up gains of 3.85 per cent at the close of trading on the BSE on Wednesday. The share finished the session at Rs 612.95 as against its overnight close at Rs 590.20.
Tata Steel rallied further to hold gains of 3.62 per cent at Rs 305.10. The share had closed the overnight session at Rs 294.45.
Hindustan Unilever gained 3.15 per cent to trade at Rs 860.80. The share had closed Tuesday’s session at Rs 834.55.
Reliance Industries resumed its uptrend to quote at Rs 931.10, up 3 per cent on its overnight close at Rs 903.95.
Hindalco Industries rode up 2.77 per cent at Rs 118.55 as against Rs 115.35 at close yesterday.
