Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation has informed the exchanges that the bankers of the company have expressed their inability to restructure the outstanding advances/loans which were under process and consideration. As the advances would have to be called up, the bankers have asked the company to place a proposal for a one-time settlement of the outstanding advances. The company is considering the proposal. Shares of Kaushalya Infrastructure jumped 7.8 per cent at ₹4.85 on the NSE.
