NBCC India has received sanction from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India, for construction of 14,460 bunkers in villages along the Indo-Pak border in Jammu and Kashmir at an estimated cost of ₹415.73 crore.
NBCC is already executing border fencing work on Indo-Pak and Indo-Bangla borders for the MHA. Shares of NBCC (India) slipped 3.42 per cent at ₹203 on the NSE.
