The Reserve Bank of India on Monday notified that foreign institutional investors/registered foreign portfolio investors can now invest up to 40 per cent in J Kumar Infraprojects, up from the existing 24 per cent. Shares of the company may attract interest as these investors can invest under the portfolio investment scheme. Earlier, the board and shareholders of J Kumar Infraprojects had approved the proposal to increase FII limit in the company.
