ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co acquired 0.25 per cent stake (10 lakh shares) of Redington India through the open market on Friday, the former on Tuesday disclosed to the exchanges. After the stake buy, ICICI Prudential’s holding in Redington increased to 7.369 per cent (2.95 crore shares) from 7.119 per cent. Shares of Redington were down 1.8 per cent at ₹100.95 on the NSE.
