The buyback offers of SJVN and Aarti Drugs will open on Thursday and close on February 28.The Centre has approved a buyback of 20.68 crore shares or 5 per cent stake of SJVN for over ₹801 crore at ₹38.75 a share.
Aarti Drugs plans to buy back up to 2.75 lakh shares, representing 1.15 per cent stake, at ₹875 per share. SJVN had fixed January 18 as record date and Aarti Drugs as January 19. Both the buyback offers are being done through the tender route on proportionate basis.
