The BSE has withdrawn proceedings against Twinstar Industries and Mavi Industries for default in payment of annual listing fees (ALF) under the Code before the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai. The decision was on account of receiving full payment of outstanding annual listing fees from Twinstar Industries and Mavi Industries. Along with these two, the BSE had filed proceedings against seven listed companies that defaulted in payment of ALF under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code in December 2017. Our Bureau
