After Anup Engineering, another demerged entity from Arvind — Arvind Fashions — will debut on the bourses on Friday. Arvind had allotted one fully paid-up equity share of ₹4 each of AFL for every five shares held in the company. Shares of Anup Engineering (formerly Anveshan Heavy Engineering) were listed on March 1. The shares, which made a debut at ₹450 on March 1, closed at ₹546.90 on Thursday on the NSE. Arvind and Anup shares will remain in focus.
