Global asset management company, Invesco Ltd, which manages more than $ 615 billion in assets for retail, institutional and high net worth clients in more than 100 countries, opened its third largest global scale facility in Hyderabad to serve its growing worldwide business needs.
The 1,00,000 sq ft facility was formally inaugurated by Ms K Ratna Prabha, Secretary, Information Technology and Communications Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, today.
“Our Hyderabad enterprise support centre perfectly complements our global operation. It enables us to operate more efficiently and effectively, and is a critical part of our ability to deliver high-quality service to our clients,” Mr Martin L. Flanagan, CEO of the company, said.
“Invesco's Hyderabad enterprise centre will serve as part of an overall strategy to expand Invesco's global operating model, supporting the worldwide demands of our business,” he added.
The new facility, which currently has 600 employees on its rolls, will deliver investment operations, transfer agency administration and servicing, IT, global procurement and finance services for Invesco's global clientele.
