DHFL, housing finance company, will host a property-cum-finance exhibition on August 7- 8 at Mfar Dockyard, Manayata TechPark, Bengaluru.
The exhibition is likely to see over 250 affordable housing units starting Rs 24 lakh onward on offer. DHFL’s ‘Griha Utsav’ is an initiative towards realizing the government’s vision of ‘Housing for All by 2022’. Entry to this exhibition is free and is between 10 am and 8 pm.
Harshil Mehta, JMD and CEO, DHFL said, “We are expecting 30 per cent growth in home loan disbursements from Karnataka. Over the last three decades, DHFL has been providing affordable housing finance to the LMI segment in the tier 2 and 3 towns.”
