Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd (IDFC) on Friday said it has collected approximately 3.88 lakh investor applications for an approximate amount of Rs 765-crore in the second tranche of its long-term infrastructure bonds.
The collection by IDFC through the two tranches of retail bond issue aggregates approximately Rs 1,236-crore from approximately 6.29 lakh applicants, a company statement said here.
IDFC issued secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures having benefits under section 80 CCF of the Income Tax Act.
The lead managers to the issue were Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Enam Securities Private Limited, HDFC Bank Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, JM Financial Consultants Private Limited and IDFC Capital Limited. IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited was the debenture trustee.
