Karnataka Bank Ltd has bagged the ‘Best Bank' award for managing IT risk under small bank category for 2010-11, instituted by the Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT), Hyderabad.
A bank release said here that Mr Anand Sinha, Deputy Governor of Reserve Bank of India, presented the award to Mr P. Jayarama Bhat, Managing Director of the bank, at Hyderabad recently. This is for the second consecutive year that the bank has won the award, the release added.
